Vice-President, Operations

  • Perform data entry when needed.
  • Performs all necessary bookkeeping, including closing books.
  • Prepare bid proposals.
  • Responsible for managing employee training & records and payroll.
  • General Ledger Account Reconciliation.
  • Compilation and generation of monthly financial reports for executive management.
  • Assist with year-end audit.
  • Assist with budget preparation.
  • Handle all monthly invoicing and payables.

Project Manager

  • Lead the planning and implementation of headstone realignment and sod installation project.
  • Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines.
  • Enforce project standards and quality assurance per the National Cemetery Administration Operational Standards & Measures and the NCA Turf and Landscape Handbook.
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the projects to all stakeholders.
  • Present daily reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
  • Minimize our exposure and risk on project.
  • Responsible for managing employee training records.

  • Responsible for managing contracts and coordinating with all levels of management.
  • Assist with contract administration, tracking and analysis, as well as contract compliance.
  • Initiate and/or conduct meetings with subcontractors concerning contractual problems as requested by Senior Project Manger.
  • Establish and update records of all correspondence related to contract activity.
  • Assist with bid preparation under the direction of the purchasing officer.
